The Micothon crop protection solutions are primarily applied in ornamental horticulture, vegetable cultivation, tree nursery, cutting cultivation, soft fruit cultivation, and lawns. Micothon's focus is clearly on closed cultivation systems, such as under glass or foil. However, our techniques also find their way into outdoor situations in some cases, such as in tree nurseries, lawns, and outdoor fields.

In all these cultivations, various conditions occur, but the majority involve the control of fungi and insects. That is the focus of Micothon's technology. For the control of fungi and insects, Micothon employs the Greenhouse IPM 2.0 model, where the best combined use of techniques in the areas of spraying, air, and light technology is assessed for each situation.
